I want to start by saying that I am a wife, a mother, a stepmom, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. I have good days and I have bad days. I have ups and downs in life, but I continue to strive to achieve goals that I set for myself. I am passionate and dedicated to myself, family, friends, and community. My goal is to empower people to be the best version of themselves.  I believe that counseling is for everyone.  I also believe in integrating other resources that may help you improve in your overall well-being.

I have a Masters in social work from the College of Saint Catherine, University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. My undergraduate degree is in social work from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire.

I have over 20 years of experience working with people from all walks of life. This encompasses children experiencing peer pressure, stress, bullying, divorce, etc. It also encompasses adults experiencing the stresses of daily life, divorce, domestic violence, addiction, incarceration, and narcissistic relationships.
